Marzoli designs and manufactures textile machines from 1851 and today combines the historical competence on fibers preparation and spinning process with the most advanced technologies.

Marzoli represents the textile division of Camozzi Group and offers solutions for the opening, preparation and spinning of natural, man-made, technical and blending fibres and innovative solutions also for the nonwoven industry.

It acts as the client’s main contractor and, thanks to the extensive knowledge of IoT, provides access to the benefits offered by Industry 4.0. Whether the machines are new or existing, made by Marzoli or by third-parties, it can provide the software platform and the hardware to make the production management smart and easy.

YarNet

YarNet allows you to easily control and manage the entire spinning process as well as every single machine from your computer:

It displays the production data (count, speed, output volumes, etc.) and the machine’s status of every machine in one window for a clear and comprehensive view
It allows production and efficiency analysis with the possibility to filter data for shift and machine
It shows causes and timings of stops
It allows to create and save an unlimited number of recipes, reducing time and human error during batch changes
It displays a ‘live’ preview of the black table, providing a graphic visualization of the fancy yarns that are being created.

Marzoli Remote Maintenance

Cloud-based software for the predictive maintenance and the performance optimization of the textile machine. MRM allows to remotely access the machine data, to diagnose the problem and communicate the interventions for its resolution. Through continuous analysis of a large amount of data frome the machines, MRM:

identify any possible malfunction
prevent eventual faults
it has modules for the optimization of energy consumption and efficiency rates of the machines.

Goals achieved

Have constantly up-to-date information: production data, productivity and efficiency indices, quality values, KPIs to optimise the spinning proces
Reduce maintenance costs and increase efficiency thanks to an alert system based on constant comparison between collected data and reference models
Identify the best trade-offs between production and energy consumption
Rely on the Camozzi Digital Assistance Service, which can remotely access the machine data in real time.
